Due to the increasing demand from members who are wanting to stay at the USC lodges during the summer period. The committee has decided to run a priority round to ensure fairness for those who want to book the lodges for the peak holiday periods i.e. Melbourne Cup weekend and New Years Eve for example.
The priority round will open on the 22/9/2025 at 9.00 am and will close on the 30/9/2025 at 5.00 pm.
Summer bookings will open after the priority round has been processed.
We encourage all members to organise their summer bookings early to avoid disappointment. The priority round is open to ALL members.
The cancellation policy for Summer bookings is the same as for Winter.
