| Membership Application | To apply to become a new member of USC. To complete the form, you will need to have a proposing and seconding existing member. |
| Membership Feedback | To provide feedback of any kind to the committee. Includes matters such as lodge maintenance, behavioural complaints, suggestions for events, etc. |
| Work Party Application | To register your interest in attending a work party. You will need to watch full club communications for work parties you can attend to contribute to the club and earn priority points. |
| Thistlethwaite Holloway Scholarship Application | For young members to apply for a scholarship. Find details about the annual scholarship the club offers on the website. |
| Bookings Waitlist | If the lodge is full for a period that you are interested in staying register your interest in the booking in this form and you will be contacted if there are cancellations. |
