Booking Periods and Limits

Member Booking Rounds

At this point these rules are proposed. They will be confirmed in December.

Racing: – Club racing – Hoppett – Interschools	YES	Bookings open for members participating in racing: – Club weekend: 50% must race – Hoppett: all over age of 5 – Interschools: at least 1 child	Members and family or guests Max of 4 unless Falls Flat Provisionals are eligible for interschools and race weekend
Round 1: Weekends and Long Weekends	YES	3 bookings in order of priority: – Must be Friday and Saturday nights (2 nights) or Sunday – Thursday nights (5 nights)	Members and family or guests Max of 4 unless Falls Flat
Round 2: Flexible Bookings	YES	3 bookings in order of priority: – Bookings must be at least 2 nights – Must include Friday and Saturday if over the weekend – Maximum of 5 nights – Long weekend bookings are available	Members and family or guests No max guests
Regular	NO	No limits except weekends must be Friday and Saturday	Members and family or guests No max guests

Provisional Member Bookings

Racing Round		Availability permitting	New for 2024, provisional members can book to race. Full members will win the ballot with points but provisional members are eligible to enter the ballot.
	N/A	Excludes August at Falls and Hotham	Provisional members, family and guests can book in August at Mt Buller.

Notes

• Each member can nominate 1 affiliate.
• The affiliate can book as the member without the member attending
• The member must book the priority rounds but can be substituted out for the affiliate once the priority rounds are resolved
• unaccompanied guests are not permitted at any time
• exceptions can be made for families with greater than 4
• all guests are the responsibility of the booking member or affiliate and need to be made aware of the code of conduct and booking policies
