Dear Members,
Priority Round 2 Bookings will be open for Full Members on Monday April 1st at 9.00 am. This round is decided on Priority Points, so you have until 5pm on Sunday 8th to get your bookings in. It doesn’t matter when you lodge your bookings for this round – so long it’s before the round closes! Prior to booking check availability as several weekends are now full.
Key Points
As per previous years:
- Limit of 3 bookings can be placed in Round 2
- All bookings must be placed via Clubman (link below)
- You MUST list your bookings in order of importance. The system will look at all 1st preferences first, then 2nd preferences etc.
- Bookings must be in “blocks” of 5 midweek nights or 2 weekend nights.
- Bookings limited to full Members, family and guests-no bed limits.
- Invoices for payment will be sent out after the round closes and has been reviewed by the Booking Office. Payment MUST be received by the due date in the confirmation email or your booking will be cancelled.
Priority Points
Clubman will automatically allocate your Priority Points so only the minimum number of points are used if required. You can check your points balance in Clubman.
