Dear Members,
Priority Round 1 Bookings are now open for full Members. This round
is decided on Priority Points so you have until 5pm on Sunday March
10th to get your bookings in. It doesn’t matter when you lodge your
bookings for this round – so long it’s before the round closes!
Key Points
As per previous years:
- Limit of 3 bookings can be placed in Round 1
- All bookings must be placed via Clubman (link below)
- You MUST list your bookings in order of importance. The system will look at all 1st preferences first, then 2nd preferences etc. Most people get their first preference.
- Bookings must be in “blocks” of 5 midweek nights or 2 weekend nights.
- Bookings limited to full Members and immediate family or Member plus 3 guests (max 4 beds). Larger families, please add a note for extra children so they can be added by the Booking Office before the round closes.
- Invoices for payment will be sent out after the round closes and has been reviewed by the Booking Office. Payment MUST be received within the time period in the confirmation email, or it will be cancelled.
- Round 2 bookings open Monday 18th March at 9am.
Priority Points
Clubman will automatically allocate your Priority Points so only the minimum number of points are used if required.
