I hope this email finds you all in good spirits and ready to think about winter 2024! We’re hoping for a great season and we have some exciting events planned to get things going.
A lot of Club information is now on our website at usc.com.au including calendars and details about bookings. Clubman remains the front end for all bookings. You can also reach out to Mim at the booking office if you have any questions.
So everyone is prepared and can fully enjoy the season ahead, we wanted to share some important information and dates for your calendar:
Racing Round Bookings Open today!
Date: 9am February 19th 2024 @ to 5pm Sunday February 25th
Club Race Weekend, Victoria Interschools, Hoppet
Open to racers and racing families including Provisional Members. We’ve included Victorian Interschools in this round to provide more flexibility. Please check the website for dates and details: Calendar>Bookings and Events>Ski Racing
Priority Round 1
Date: 9am March 4th 2024 @ to 5pm Sunday March 10th
As per previous years you can make three bookings which are assessed in order using priority points as required. You can book Friday and Saturday night weekends (2 nights) or Sunday – Thursday nights midweek (5 nights). Most people get their first preference.
Subsequent Rounds
- Round 2: 9am March 18th 2024 @ to 5pm Sunday March 24th
- Full Bookings Open: 9am March 29th 2024
- Provisional Members: 9am April 29th 2024

- Location: Riversdale Golf Club
- 40+ year Members and Guests
AGM
- Date: Tuesday, March 26th
- Location: Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club
The Notice of Meeting and the Annual report will be out soon.
Pre-Season Social
- Date: 10th of May
- Location: TBA
