2024 Fees, Work Parties and Priority Bookings

Welcome to 2024! Unfortunately you will be welcomed with an invoice in your inbox to be paid through Clubman. With Mel’s departure from the booking office we have had an opportunity during 2023 to capture the information Mel looked after and improve our processes. A new system has been developed to manage the information we need to outside of the booking system including:

• Locker ownership
• Work Parties
• Multi-year subscriptions
• Membership applications and the waitlist

The invoice you receive should cover your subscription fee for 2024, locker fees and a work party levy for 2024 if you are didn’t contribute to the Club in 2023. Given it is the first time we have used the system to generate the invoices, please contact the bookings office if you believe the details are incorrect.

Work Parties for 2024

The work party dates are out for 2024 and again we will be utilising a new system to improve our administration of the process both to assist the Work Party Leader and administration staff. Please read the work party guidelines carefully and contact the bookings office if you have any questions.

Additional Request – Mt Buller Weed Removal

At present we have thistles and weeds growing under the lodge requiring removal. If you have some equipment and capacity to help out the Club in this regard please contact the bookings office. Performing this task for the Club will earn some priority points and count as a work party contribution for 2024.
