From 1st May 2023, members will have the unique opportunity to enjoy skiing at both Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo, or the Summer Season in a new off-mountain house, located in the stunning alpine town of Porepunkah, 6km from Bright. The fully furnished four bedroom house has outstanding accommodation on a self-catering basis, for up to 10 persons and is part of 12 month trial concept for USC. It can be booked through Clubman and if available, the whole house can be booked via the bookings office, for exclusive use, in both Summer and Winter. Normal lodge duties will apply and there will be Party Leaders appointed during member stays. Good on- and offsite parking. Bus routes to Mt Hotham, Mt Buller and local towns available. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, Bright Brewery, Bright gin distillery and several wineries/cellar doors are nearby. Other nearby tourist attractions include the Murray-to-Mountains Rail Trail, mountain biking, Bright golf course, walking, swimming in the Ovens River and a splash park for the kids in summer.
4 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS
1 king bed with ensuite, 2 x queen beds and 1 bunkroom with 4 single beds with an additional bathroom. Separate Toilet. Pillows and doonas provided. BYO linen, towels and toiletries. Use points for priority to the KS room. Toilet paper, handwash and cleaning materials provided.
GOURMET KITCHEN | BBQ AND ALFRESCO SEATING AREA
Gourmet kitchen with 90cm oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Basic provisions of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, jam, oil and salt and pepper. Tea towels provided. No Club pantry available. BYO catering. BBQ available and outside alfresco sitting area.
2 LIVING ROOMS | WOOD FIREPLACE | SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Large family lounge area with a fireplace, separate quieter lounge and study area. Wifi, television and board games provided. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Secure ski and bike storage. Option to “work from home” at Porepunkah!
BED RATES, DUTIES AND BOOKINGS
